Question About How This Plugin Works

    Does this plugin block users by IP or by username? I’m having an issue where a valid user is locked out from logging in because somebody from another IP was locked out as well. I only want IP’s to be blocked, not usernames.

    Hello, the plugin blocks by IPs. Your server might be misconfigured and therefore is detecting IPs incorrectly. Can you please provide information from the Debug tab of the plugin?

    If that’s the only string you see there then everything should work as expected. Check if you’re not blocking the user using the Username Denylist. Also try to log in under that user to see if you can do it yourself.
