Question about indicating domain: start with a dot?

This is just a question for a confirmation.
I just installed the plugin.
In the settings, I have to indicate the network domain.
With a starting dot?My network domain is https://www.qualilogy.com, so I put .domain.com.
Correct?All 3 sites (qualilogy/fr, qualilogy/es, qualilogy/en) will have GA activated on all posts?
Don not hesitate to ask for any precision.
