1) At this moment what you’re referring to is a whole other functionality which is not possible at the moment – we don’t have such feature yet.
2) It’s also not possible at the moment to just show this notice on another page by default of our plugin. The problem here is that the calculation of the costs happen inside the cart/checkout so it would be much harder to tap into that calculations from some other page in the shop.
We will keep it in mind when implementing future updates but for now, such features are not possible. We understand that you really want such functionalities and we will do our best to introduce such features in the future. Thank you so much for your understanding.
