Question about pending payment Orders

    Hello, I have a question about this plugin. Reading the description i understand that this plugin activates on customers that don’t create the order.

    While shopping, a user adds products to the cart. But if this user doesn’t complete the purchase on the checkout page, the cart is considered abandoned.

    I would like to know if this plugin also works for people who create an order but do not make the payment.

    For example:

    • User adds 2 products to the cart
    • User creates the order but does not pay
    • Trigger first email after 30 minutes.

    Is this flow possible with this plugin? Thank you.

    Hello @emilianog94,

    This plugin sends emails to users based on the order status, you can enable email sending for users if their orders are processing or failed or pending payment.

    Please refer to this screenshot of this plugins settings.
