Question about plug-in status

Hi! In Wordfence, I’m seeing “random” machines hit my site with “ithemes-sync-request=1” in the URL. I don’t have this plugin installed, but I wanted to make sure there aren’t any known security issues with the plugin. Has this plugin been abandoned? Has the source been audited for possibly security issues?
