    Hi

    I am looking for a solution, not really finding what I need and not plugin dev savvy enough to make it myself.

    I have a membership site using Ultimate Member with 3 roles: free, premium and vendor.

    Premium is $10 a month with eligibility to be upgraded to Vendor role to sell merch if they refer a certain number of Premium sign ups. The memberships are done through paypal. I can create a referred by field in the registration but it doesn’t automatically connect the referral to the referrer.

    So I was considering something like mycred where it provides a way to generate the points or credits for each person they referred who lists them as a referrer.

    I know there’s a simple way to do it but I don’t know what to look for. I’m wondering if this plugin would work for it. I don’t need it to register people. I don’t need it to be involved in the subscription purchase. I just need a way to tie both members together without having to manually do it for each of their referrals. So the referral is the “point”…

    Of if you can point me in a better direction to accomplish it that would be appreciated.

    Are you still deving this plugin or is it abandoend?

    If you’re still around, the initial question has been resolved. I found a plugin to handle it. I am asking a different question here for specific information about this plugin if you can answer.

    Is it possible with this plugin to have some sort of reward or points awarded that unlock content on a specific page without using any other plugins.

    I have one page with a referral code randomly generated. I’d like that to be locked down until they earn it through whatever tasks and then get some sort of unlock event that then allows them to see that page. Or something generally along those lines.

    User can buy or unlock content of a specific page using points. However, you cannot link it with some specific tasks that unlocks the content. Currently, there is no specific event that unlocks the content.
