Question about plugin deactivation

    Hi there, I was working to upgrade the plugin version to 15.3. I’m almost ready to launch it but I noticed the plugin now has a version 15.8 and there is a notice in www.ads-software.com saying the plugin is closed since July 10th 2024, preventing me from downloading the latest version. Will the plugin be open for download again in the near future? Is there a risk of installing the version 15.3 on my website that I need to be aware of?

    Hi @lucashillebrandt,

    Yes it will be. Our plugin is currently undergoing a security review and the process is taken longer than expected by the security review team. We have done everything possible to fast track this process. I can assure you that the plugin is very very secure and the plugin will be back up and running on www.ads-software.com soon.

    Hi @delucks,

    The security gaps were resolved within a day on our end and the issues were totally minuscule i.e. if I told you what it was you would be totally shocked as to why our plugin was taken down as it’s so non-consequential that it would have no impact on anyone under any circumstance. The issue is with www.ads-software.com and a company called PatchStack to get things active again. I have followed up with both of them multiple times but things don’t move as quickly as I do. I am hoping that everything is back online ASAP and I have no reason to believe otherwise. Thanks,
