Question about plugin submission

I have a questions about a plugin I want to submit to WP plugin directory, what to know some general information on if it would be accepted before I go through the trouble of updating it will all the stuff that’s needed for submission. Can’t find anywhere to ask the question and the guidelines do not really cover it. Where do I ask such a question?
