Question about posts/feeds that don't have images

Happy New Year Allen, everyone!

Just curious if anyone knows of a way to post random images, on posts that do not have any image, from a gallery or whatnot?

I can post a single image to every post that has no image – but it’s the same image – over and over and over again ??

I’m tried tons of plugins including “Random Post Thumbnail” and “Random Featured Images” – both seemed promising but don’t seem to do anything.

I’m posting here because I know tons of people are using this plugin and someone must’ve figured out a way to do this? After all, only about 1 in 10 of my feeds ever has an image….

Any thoughts?
