Question about SSL and Duplicator

    Hi! If I have a SSL-enabled WordPress site, will Duplicator include the SSL certificate and configuration with the rest of the WordPress files it packages? If not, how would I restore SSL on a site I transferred to a new host, using Duplicator?

  • Hey @tomdkat,

    Duplicator has no trouble moving an SSL site to another or the same server either SSL or Non-SSL. As far as the certificate those items should be configured for each host your on. Which almost all should have or will have admin tools or support that can set all that up ahead of time before the move if it is not already setup.
