    Hi, I hope you’re well. In our store, we track stock for every product. If we import some orders using your plugin, then would we need to update stock information for the purchased products manually or would the plugin process such data?

    Hi @devbd,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You won’t need to update the stock of products manually. The plugin takes care of this for you. You can enable “Update stock details” in the advanced options of the order import, and the stock details will be updated automatically.

    If you only want to manage the stock of newly imported orders, you can enable “Skip” under “If order exists in the store.” This way, the stock will only be managed for newly imported orders.
