Question about text disappearing when highlighting with mouse

  • Hi there. I just started making web sites for friends and family in wordpress and I noticed the sites I make have this issue where if you highlight text with your mouse it’s just blue and the text disappears. I am using elementor page building with the astra theme.

    I looked around for what could be causing this and I can’t find anything. It’s weird. I am guessing it’s any easy fix but I couldn’t find any topics on it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    In your customize area, you click global, then colors, then base colors, then whatever color your theme color is, that is what color your highlighted text will show as.

    It was driving me nuts, I had to edit quite a bit of text and the highlight was white so it was very tricky to select texts.
