Question about the email and code en the gift card

  • Hi,

    I have a question about the email with the code, I use the free version of this plugin, but the only problem is about sending the email with the code to the person that I wanna give the gift card, every field is complete and after paid it’s still not sending the email, Did I miss something in the configuration?

    Hi there,
    we hope you’re doing well!

    Please verify that you have the “YITH Gift Cards – Gift Card Delivery” email active within Email Settings in our configuration.

    Also clarify that the gift card will be sent when the order goes to Processing/Completed status.

    You can install the WP Mail Logging plugin to see the log of emails sent by your site, in case any errors appear there.
