    Hello Respected,

    I have a question related to your plugin. Please let me know if your plugin performs the below-specified conditions.

    1. When a single check-out basket is under $100 customer get 1 point for each dollar spent (the minimum point requirement to claim are 100 points they get $5 off for every 100 points).

    2. When a single checkout basket is $100 + then the customer gets 2 points for each dollar spend. (Point earned on today’s purchase can not use the same day it has to use at the next checkout.)

    If yes, then let me know if this feature comes in a free version of the plugin or of the paid version of the plugin.

    One more thing, I tried your free version of the plugin but the features included in the free version also not working properly. If you provide me support for not working features and if the above conditions come under your plugin then I am ready to purchase your plugin.

    Let me know if you have any demo page or demo plugin on which I can test it. If yes then please provide me.

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    In reference to your queries, please note that you can set the per currency conversion settings as per your need, where you can set, how many points will be awarded on per currency spent.

    But it will not be dependent on the total amount of the cart. (Like you said, for basket under $100, user get 1 Point for every dollar spent and for more than $100 it will give 2Point for every dollar spent , so plugin will not work like this)

    The conversion rate will be same, but you can set the points to be awarded on the order total amount. Please refer to the point “11. Order Total Points” of the doc from here:

    Hello,

    Please find the attached herewith. As I tested your plugin as per my requirement and I find that it is not working properly. In the screenshot, I have mentioned testing value for earning points but it is not working. Kindly check it and respond ASAP.
