Question about trackback notice

  • Not sure what these messages are that I receive. I have ‘allow comments’ turned off for my site.

    A new trackback on the post “<post title is here>” is waiting for your approval <<post URL is here>>

    Website : main line homes (IP: 184.82.70.67 , k48.latboiling.com)

    and then 3 links allowing either to Approve it, Trash it, or Spam it.

    What is this and what show I do with it? Should I do something to turn this off? Thanks.
