Question about URLS for First AB Test

Hello! This will be first ever AB test.
I am leaning toward using this plugin with Google Analytics. I like that the plugin will let me select two custom pages to use as option A and B. Once my pages are ready, I am going to need to test two variations of my home page. For this to work, would I just need to set option A as the front page in my WP settings, and then the plugin will automatically switch between A and B?
