Question about WordPress Structure for New site

  • I’m developing a new site for a client and have some questions about structure that I could use some advice on before I get started.

    We’ve decided on using wordpress as a CMS for a new site for a restaurant. The restaurant has two locations and each location also has a nightclub within it…

    Each location and club will require their own content

    Questions:
    Without having multiple installations of wordpress, what is the best way to separate the different pages into catergories for each location? (I know posts can be broken down into categories) is there a way to do the same thing with pages?)

    Is there a decent (css) drop down navigation system for wordpress?

    Any information ideas… words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
