Question about wp_query

Hey, really great plugin !

I have a question before buying the pro version.
I dont use the main woocommerce shop page loop. I use my own wp_query to dispay my product (post) with custom fields and stuf…
Is it possible to filter on this ? Or the plugin only apply on main woocommerce shop page loop ?
