• Hi,

I’m new to your plugin. One of the SEO guys has suggested to use this plugin.

I have installed it, but it wants me to login to Microsoft account.

I am a web designer so I have my own Microsoft account for Office 365 only for my business.

Do I need to create a new separate account for Microsoft for my client for your plugin to login ?

OR what is the best option do you suggest to login to an account/create account for my situation for client?

    Thanks

    Kristin

    Hi, Thanks for your reply.

Is Clarity free for us to use?

I wanted to get a clearer picture, if I link it to my business Microsoft Account (and not my client’s Microsoft account) there will be an issue for them to view it then I would assume?

Therefore I would need to create a Microsoft account for the Client and NOT mine for them or the SEO guy to view the statistics.

But then the SEO guy wouldn’t have access to the Client’s Microsoft account to view the results of stats. So I’m bit confused.

Does your plugin provide a Dashboard for us to view and that’s all we need to view all the stats?

Please advise further urgently would be great

    Thanks

    Kristin

@kristinubute . Clarity is free forever irrespective your website data. You’ll never run into traffic limits or be forced to upgrade to a paid version.

You can add users to the project so that they will have access to data in the project, please refer Team management | Microsoft Learn for more details.

Please refer How to install Clarity on WordPress using Clarity Plugin? | Microsoft Learn for detailed steps to integrate WP with Clarity.

    Hi @kristinubute ,

I understand your issue. Either you or your client can create the project, and then add the other one. As long as both of you are admins, then you both have the same access. An admin can change some of the settings but all members are able to see all the data; the dashboard, recordings and heatmaps. If you prefer them to be an admin and you just a member you can do that, so they’ll own the project and you’d be a member with access to data.

My best advice, the client creates the project using their account (by default they’re an admin), they add you as admin, they add the SEO guy as member. An admin can remove any other admin/member anytime.
