Question based Captcha without label

  • Hello,

    recently I got spam with Arigato Light. I tried the question based captcha function.

    Unfortunately only the Field is shown in the frontend but not the label (which is the question). Is there a solution for this?

    HTML Output is

    <div class="bft-form-group"> <input type="text" name="bft_text_captcha_answer">
<input type="hidden" name="bft_text_captcha_question" value=""></div>

    We can’t reproduce such problem. Have you used the = sign as shown in the example? Are you using the WP shortcode for the signup form?

    Thank you for your answer. Yes I used the = sign and the [BFTWP] shortcode

    Initially I tried the following anti spam questions:
    Welche Farbe hat Schnee? = weiss
    Ist Feuer hei? oder kalt? = heiss
    Auf welchem Kontinent ist Frankreich? = Europa

    The I tried this:
    Wasser = nass
    Feuer = hot
    Luft = Atem

    Both did not work. Unfortunately I did not save or tried the original text.

    Then I deactivated all other plugins and switched to Theme twentynineteen. I still get the field but not the question.

    Maybe you could provide the original questions? Any other ideas?

    What is the color of the snow? = white
    Is fire hot or cold? = hot
    In which continent is France? = Europe

    But I don’t see how the questions would matter. Maybe you can provide live URL to have a look?

    Mystery. I cannot see the question in the HTML source either so no idea what’s wrong.
