Question before downloading or purchasing

I am interested in using this rewards system for my website. My question is whether the rewards only start for new purchases of items after the plugin is activated, or whether I can have the plugin reward customers for previous purchases.

I have two customers who have purchased one of every product I sell, and I want to be sure that they are rewarded with the highest levels possible.
