    Hello Designsandcode,

I just wanted to clear some question before I buy the pro-version of this plugin.

    _____
The problem is, you dont seem to provide an registration form on your https://www.designsandcode.com/support/ forum! You can just reset your pw or log-in.

So I cant enter your support forum, and I also dont find any contact-form or mailadress on your website. So I will try my luck here, even if your free “support on hold”.

That was very frustrating, maybe you want to change that, or maybe I overlooked something.

So my question is, is this possible ?

Iam building a site using WPML and also Woocommerce.

I need to add some html and img code to some custom_field labels.

Is it possible to add some checkboxes with simple textvalues, and send them with the search? (eg: a checkbox for show/disable the post thumbnail in the results?)

    Thanks in advanced
    Mo

    Hey Mo

Yeah you’re right about the support forums however you can leave a comment on the S&F Pro page – we normally respond to those.

In regards to your question & screenshot –

The first two columns for the search look fine.

However, it is not possible to create fields unless they are based on either post meta data (custom fields) or author/category/tag/taxonomy… You mention using text values to show/disabled the post thumbnail – this could technically be achieved using custom fields so this may still be suitable.

With the final, fourth column and adding in custom html – you cannot add custom html at this time – however if you know CSS you may be able to use the ::before pseudo element to insert additional content or even JavaScript to handle it.

    Thanks

    Hi DesignsAndCode,

thanks for the quick answer and your suggestions.

Oh yeah the option to use just custom_fields is a good idea, sorry that was not in my head ??

Yeah up to now I have used the ::before selector to insert some HTML at those places.

I think I will get back to this plugin in a few days (after the holidays).

    Thanks,
    Mo
