Question didnt post?

I have tried ten times to post this question but the stupid form goes blank when I click submit. I tried showing you an example of my shortcode tag but it apparently wont allow that. Please look at this URL and note the top two videos on right sidebar. They have an alt and title tag defined in the shortcode (youre just going to have to trust me on that), yet they show neither alt nor title when you view source on the page. You can even see there is no alt tag in the tag at all. Title has quotes with nothing between them. Please advise whats being done wrong here, and maybe email WordPress that people can’t ask basic questions here: https://www.hairlosstalk.com/treatments/toppik-couvre/
