Many default, date, and archive pages point to home page

  • In my google webmaster tools I see under Pages with duplicate meta descriptions, one of the pages (my home page these apparent variations) –

    And all of these URLs load the front page.

    I have Yoast SEO installed with indexation of archive and date posts turned off.

    I’m not concerned with the duplicate meta content, just that to me this is an indication of duplicate CONTENT.

    How do I avoid this?
