Question nor idea hub Available in Connections

Thanks for reaching out. While the plugin detects whether the Idea Hub module is available to users based on their location there may be additional factors, such as where a users traffic comes from.

Please allow me some time to check this with the team to confirm. In the meantime do you have any other sites which you can check Site Kit setup with, to see is Idea Hub available?

Thank you, yes I do have other websites I can test site kit on, but I was really hoping it would work on local services sites as well. I guess I could use the question hub but I’d be missing out on the suggestion-related feature. Thanks again!

Not a problem, I’ll have an update for you hopefully at some stage today. May I ask also, when you refer to local services, as these local services based within the US?

To clarify, city local service provider companies… e.g. Dave’s Plumbing etc.

Thanks for you patience on this. I’ve checked this and Idea Hub availability is capped at present, which means it won’t be available for all users at this time. Along with being a US based user there are also other factors in availability, this includes having enough content for Idea Hub to generate suggestions.

I hope that answers your query. Note that I don’t have any timeframe on a full release without any cap at present.
