Hello. I don’t get any notification on the admin email, when someone ask a question. Is it possible to turn on this function?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

Please go to admin area > Settings > Discussion > Email me whenever > Enable options:
    – Anyone posts a comment
    – A comment is held for moderation

to receive an email notification when someone asks a question. It is the standard feature of WordPress.

I’ve never disabled these functions, but I don’t get notifications.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

I suggest you install and activate the plugin WP Mail Logging https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
and submit a question/answer again then check if a notification email is sent from your site.
