Hello I was hoping I could ask if there was any special steps necessary for uninstalling the plugin, I noticed there was one section in the settings that had a few options related to this? Just wanted to make sure that was all? The pkugin is wonderful it’s just that we are really needing some kind of folder structure and another plugin we found offers that. Thsnks

Thanks for your kind words and the high marks.

If you want to remove the MLA option settings and backup files when you delete the plugin, navigate to the Settings/Media Library Assistant General tab and scroll down to the “Uninstall (Delete) Plugin Settings” section. Check either or both of the boxes in this section and then click “Save Changes” to record your options.

Once that’s done, go to the Plugins/Installed Plugins screen and deactivate MLA. Finally, delete MLA. You should see “Are you sure you wish to delete these files and data?” and the button will say “Yes, delete these files and data”. The “and data” phrase refers to the settings and backup files. One final click and you will have a complete uninstall of the plugin.

If you have any problems or further questions regarding the plugin deletion, please start a new topic in the “Support Threads” section here and I will give you more specific help. Thanks for your interest in the plugin.
