Question re: Classic Kubrick Styling (& site title weight)

    When selecting Other Options > Classic Kubrick Styling, should the styling on the posts list in places like the main page or the archive pages also be changing? For me they are remaining the 2023 style, while the posts themselves get classic styling.

    Secondarily, I’m encountering an issue whereby the font weight of the site title in the header is different between the main page and interior pages like posts or pages.

    Hi Bix…first, my apologies for being late with a reply; I did not get notification you posted.

    For the main or archive pages, can you provide an example of what is not changing? If I missed something, I will have to fix that.

    For font weight, is your website live? If so, or, if you can provide screenshots, I will take a look and see if there needs to be an adjustment.

    You can see the problem with the site header weight/layout on your own demo site, FWIW. The issue with main/archive design was that if I set the theme to use the old design, the posts change design but the post lists continue to look like the new design.

    I found the problem with the site header; fixing it right now. I’m also going to fix the classic style for the full post view, first thing in the morning–if I understand correctly with your reference to Post List that still maintains the newer style. I will have this uploaded tomorrow.

    Actually, I decided to fix both issues right away. Version 1.0.2 is online now. Hopefully, this fixes what you discovered. One thing I added was the full post option to choose “Classic” as the post style. When changing this theme to the classic style, in addition to selecting the blog classic, you also need to select the Post classic from the layout tab in the customizer.
