I have a question about registering a business on WooPayments.

Our company is building an online store to support two physical stores. Currently, we are in the following situation:

    1. Store “A” is using Stripe via WooPayments.
    2. We are in the process of building a separate online store for Store “B” on a different domain.

At the moment, I have reached the screen displaying the message:
“Hi, Welcome to WooPayments! You’ll need to verify your business and payment details to enable payouts.”

However, when I click on “Finish business details verifications,” the information for Store “A,” which has already been registered, is displayed.

    Questions:

    1. In this case, should I select “Reset account” and register Store “B” as a new business?
    2. If I execute “Reset account,” is there any possibility that the information for Store “A” will be affected (e.g., information deletion or settings changes)?
    3. What settings should I configure to manage the two stores separately?

    Thank you for your assistance!

    Hello isingo,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re setting up WooPayments for two separate online stores and want to ensure that both businesses remain properly registered.

WooPayments accounts are limited to one site connection at a time.
To manage both stores separately, you’ll need to create a new WooPayments account for Store “B”.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us again if you have more questions or concerns.
We are here to help ??

    Best regards.
