question to the realy professionals

I have a question to the real GURUs

I have rollback to 2.35 because all the problems we read here and
especially that nearly the hole edit window are blank on one of my 2
using wordpress themes

…all looks good again after rollback but now i have a high cpu usage
and my hoster mail me that i would be dissabled if i do not stop this

..so i have look and try and the cpu usage goes down to normal after i deactivate the damn yoast

..so and now the question
Stay at all my existings(old) Listings(Sites)
the old seo funtions like meta,focus keyword etc. also after deavtivated
or made my deactivating from the plugin also all the seo edits in my listings empty(deactivated) ????

sorry about the poor english, i hope my question is understandable
so i would like to let the yoast deactiv
but if now all my old sites are with deleted seo infos
that would like a disaster

my idea and hope is that all sites up to now are with seo infos
and for the new posts/listings i do quick activate the yoast, made my seo edit and after the post is online i deactivate the plugin again
…as so on up to the time who yoast is updated to a working version
Is this possible ??
