[question, woocommerce] does it track payments?

  • Hi,

    Does this plugin track payment completion in woocommerce, or just the checkout?

    In my case, the payment can take a while (say few hours), would it be possible to track if user converted to paid user in such case?

    Hi,

    Purchase data is tracked when the visitor reaches the order received page. If the user is not redirected somehow to this page then you will not see purchase data anywhere.
