Questions about Flamingo

I created a Contact 7 form and installed the Flamingo Plug In. I see the inbound messages and know how to Export the data. My questions:

1. The form has radio button answers and instead of showing the label of the question in the top row of the spreadsheet when exported, it shows radio-51 or something similar. What do I need to do to get the questions to show instead?

2. On the mail tab I added Module URL: [_url] because I wanted to capture the exact URL of the page on which the feedback form is posted. The information comes across in the email that I receive after the user submits the form, however it doesn’t appear in the exported data report anywhere. Is there a way to have that data reported on in the excel file?
