Questions about instructions to make users able to register and log out

    At https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/register-and-log-out-widget/, there is a link (which I will refer to later as the first link) in the first reply, and at that topic it says that

    ProfileGrid Login widget displays the registration link and login area.

    However, I couldn’t find a registration link where the widget is.

    Additionally, the first link (not the registration one, but the one at the other topic) goes to instructions on how to use the login logout extension. At step three in those instructions, it says that I will be redirected to the ProfileGrid Menu Integration Settings page, but I’m not redirected to that page. How can I get to that page?

    Will the ProfileGrid Menu Integration Settings page make it so users have the logout option as part of the ProfileGrid Login widget in the Main Sidebar? If not, what is the next closest thing to having that?

    Hello @jason975,

    To show the registration link on the Login widget, enable the option “Show Register Link on Login Form” from “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> General” in the dashboard.

    Once you activate the Login Logout extension on site, go to “ProfileGrid >>Global Settings >> Login Logout Menu” in the dashboard, here enable the “Custom Menu Items” and select the menu location of theme, once you select the location, the menu shown below in settings will be added to the menu at that location of site’s current theme.

    The extension will add the menu in the selected theme location menu, it will not add the logout link in the widget.
