Questions about Melos theme

I just downloaded and am beginning to use Melos to design a site. I like the theme so far, but have some questions:

1. Is there a way to create drop-down menus from the main, global menu at the top that I’ve created?

2. I added a logo, but in the page, it is very small. How to I make it larger?

3. Can I customize the footer into 3 columns with the links that I want? If so, how?
