questions about premium

  • Hello everyone

    I had a blog called itziandme.wordpress.com
    I did it PREMIUM and now my site is itziandme.com
    I can not upload a theme from anywhere like themforest, I dont have any ftp account… i cant install plugins..
    So, what does PREMIUM means?
    If i want a host like bluehost, could i change my themes, upload plugins.. and export all my content to my new site? with a ftp?
