    Hello,

    I have some questions about upgrading to the Premium level. I notice that the monthly price increases if we are just getting a month of service. If we purchase the monthly, and then switch to the yearly will the discount get applied?

    The account that we sign into MailMunch and upgrade to premium, will that premium be available to all users of our WordPress account? I noticed that the form I created with my login is visible to me when I login to Mailmunch but not to other admin users on our WordPress site?

    Can we switch themes on a form once it is live, or do we have to create a new one? If we have to create a new one, will we lose the cookie ability and will people who signed up on the old form receive the pop up again?

    Hi Donna, Monthly payments cannot be adjusted against the annual plan if you decide to opt for that in the later stages. Annual plan amount will be charged in full from the point you decide to switch to annual plan

    There are no users policy like WordPress has, so the access to MailMunch account is only with the account holder. If you desire to give access to your MailMunch account to other users as well, you can simply share your MailMunch credentials with them. If you are using your personal credentials with the account we can change it to a common email address like [email protected]

    You can switch themes for an existing form and no changes will be made to the cookies status or other wise. You cannot however change the form type, for that you will have to create a new form. for instance, you cannot change an existing popover form to a sidebar widget.
