Questions about premium version

Hey there

I’m currently running republish old posts plugin that recycles my blog posts. Now I want to post the republished posts to social media pages. I was using Zapier for this but it seems it’s not compatible with republish old posts plugin. So I’m looking to replace this plugin and find an alternative way to republished posts and post them on social media pages.
Will you plugin do this?
