questions about the plug in

Hello,
I am interested in purchasing your plugin, and would appreciate if you could answer a few questions for me:
1.I want to use the plugin as a second-hand board, which means people will upload posts with products they would like to sell (price, description, picture of the product etc). In order to do that I need to know if it’s possible to:
a.Let users upload posts to sell products with all the information I have listed above.
b.Change the words in the plug in so they would suite a plug in for second hand store and not a job board (for instance, I want the plugin to write “Post a second hand product” instead of “Post a Job”)

2.I need the admin board to change from a managing board for jobs to one that suite a selling store.

3.If it’s possible for users to upload their second hand products for sale, I need to make sure that later on they will be able to delete the post from the website by themselves so that people will stop calling them about the product they wanted to sell (once it’s sold).

4.I need to know if it’s possible to change the language of the interface (all the headlines, etc).
