Questions about WP GoToWebinar Pro

    Hello,

    I’m using WP GoToWebinar Pro and are having a tough time finding some answers. I have 2 main questions I’m hoping I can get some insight on.

    1) When creating a webinar in GoToWebinar, you can assign a picture in the Branding and Themes section. I know there are a couple image fields (Logo, Custom Image and presenters photo). But is there anyway to pull one of these images in that would become the Featured Image when creating a WooCommerce product?

    2) I see reference to the [gotowebinar] shortcode, and even see a few filtering parameters being used (include, exclude, hide, timezone and days). But I can’t find anywhere that gives a full list of all the possible shortcode parameters. It would be nice to know what all options I have. With most plugins that have a shortcode option, they usually list all the parameters that can be used, along with the expected data type and format being passed into them.

    Any help with these questions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for your enquiry. On your first point, unfortunately not, GoToWebinar’s API doesn’t provide access to these images.

    On your second point, I recommend checking out the FAQ page as we list the shortcodes and possible parameters in a Q&A kind of format. Also If you use Visual Composer plugin we provide some ready made elements which enable you to build the shortcodes visually. And even if you don’t have visual composer there’s a “WP GoToWebinar” button on any post or page on the visual editor which also enables you to create shortcodes in a more visual way. In version 12 we also released the shortcode: [gotowebinar-products] which can use the same filters as the [gotowebinar] shortcode but it only shows GoToWebinar products made in WooCommerce by the plugin which can be handy.
