Questions added are not saving

  • I have been adding questions to a maths radio-type quiz I created. After adding about 40 questions, any additional question I add is not saving. I cleared my cache from the hosting at set and that specific page and still not saving questions. I tried again this morning was able to add only one more question. Additional questions are not saving. I changed from Safari to Chrome and Edge browsers and still the same. Is there something I am doing wrong?
