Questions and problems after purchased premium

  • Hi,

    I have just purchased “Order and Inventory Manager for WooCommerce” and upgraded to “Gold” plan. After activated the plugin. I got some problems

    1. How the change the GTIN label to custom title in frontend?
    2. What will happen after the product marked “discontinued”? Will the product cannot add to PO and show the prodcut discontinued on frontend to customer?
    3. About the “Low stock threshold”, what’s the different I set at “Inventory” of WooCommerce default and “Order & Inventory Manager”?
    4. I found all currency using same dollar sign, how to change the dollar sign response to the currency?
    e.g. Japanese Yen(￥), British Pound(￡), Euro(€)
    5. How can I make GTIN shows just under SKU in frontend product detail page?
    6. How can I create purchase order? I cannot found the button or another way to create purchase order.

    The “Create Purchase Order” button not work at Inventory overview. I have disabled all other plugins to test

    1. I notice that the plugin does not support multiple suppliers. My products always may have multiple suppliers available, means a product can order from different suppliers but the plugin does not allow me to do it
    2. The QTY always wrong compare with WooCommerce inventory.
    e.g. A product is -48 in QTY but in inventory overview of the plugin is -23, I didn’t input any value in the Order and Inventory Manger section
    3. Can not export the purchase order to PDF

    How can I get the refund since I still in 14 days free trial
