Thank you so much for this plugin. I have truly been waiting for this for several years now and almost gave up. The base is fantastic and once I install the addons, I will be able to get rid of a few other plugins that I currently use ?? Whoot Whoot!

    I have a few questions/suggestions…

    In the recruitment addon:
Will you add the ability for contracts to be created by the admin and allow employees to sign the contracts on the frontend with their mouse or trackpad. I am currently using the WP Online Contract plugin for these, however I would like to have everything included in one plugin if possible.

In addition to that, Would you add W9 and W2 forms in the recruitment plugin for new employees to complete and sign when they are hired…from the plugin frontend (when the frontend is released of course)? Those forms should have the signature feature as well. It is just better for the environment if users can sign online. ??

I would also like to know how to map the fields. For example, when I go to the screen to create a new employee, I type the name and email. If the user already exists on the wordpress site, I can import them. The only problem is, all of the fields don’t map from the users profile to the ERP plugin.

The Address 1 and Address 2 fields do not map and I would like for the employee ID to map. I am using WordPress UserPro for user management. The plugin integrates seamless with the standard WordPress user fields, so I am not sure why this is not working right out of the box.

In addition, if I do upload a user’s avatar photo, I would like the ability to upload from my desktop instead of the media manager. I would prefer not to overload the media manager with pictures of my staff please.

Regarding the setup of the employees job and department, I am not able to set myself (admin) as someone that the staff reports to. When I click on the
“reporting to” dropdown, I am not listed as someone that the staff can report to. Please advise.

Regarding the accounting module, do you plan to add the ability to pay employees from here? Maybe allow asmins to pay employees via stripe or maybe even paypal? I would also like the ability to generate a paystub/payslip for the employee to have for their records and for those stubs to be saved in the employees account for a certain number of days before they are automatically deleted/archived.

Do you plan to add the ability to pay employees from plugin via stripe or maybe even paypal? This would be a big help.

Finally, do you plan to bundle cost for your addons whe purchasing more than one? Purchasing EVERYTHING at their current prices may be a bit hefty financially, especially without being able to test the addons before purchasing. Just my opinion ??

    Hey @sphynxma,

We’re glad that you liked our solution ??

I have added the ideas you have provided. We work on the priority basis and that is set according to the user request. So if we get similar requests, then we will implement them for sure.

I would request you to discuss the paid add-ons on our forum. We prefer support questions, suggestions only related to WP ERP (the core plugin) here.

Here are the answers to your questions-

    1. Mapping Fields: We have not implemented the address field syncing feature. Because all of our users might not need all the fields from the user profile on the employee or customer profile. If you need those fields to be synced on all the places, then you can hire a developer.

    2. Media Manager: WordPress stores all the uploaded files to wp-content/uploads/. We are using that location and the media manager uses that location by default. So we are using that to provide a native feel. You can turn that off from source code. If you can specify on exactly which place you want to disable the media manager, then I can help you with information like where should you modify.

    3. Reporting To: If you want the employees to report to you, then you should have an employee or HR Manager and proper designation and department assigned.

    4. Payroll: We are already working on the payroll add-on and planning to release within September 2016. Currently, we do not have any plan to include any payment gateway. We might add that later upon request.

    5. Discount: I would request you to use our contact form and mention the product names you want to buy. A support staff will follow you up.
