Questions are not sent via the form

  • Hello

    When a user asks a question via this form [dwqa-submit-question-form], the admin never gets it.

    The message that it was sent never shows up either.

    How can I fix that?

    I think you have customized the plugin? We have checked on our demo and it working fine.
    If not custom the plugin, you can re-install the plugin and disable all the plugins to check this issue, maybe, a conflict between the plugins.

    I have tried turning off every plugin, the problem remained.

    If I delete and reinstall the Q&A plugin, will all the posts I have now disappear?
