Questions doesn’t open

    Hi, I have problem with the plugin in free version.

    Any question in the created FQA after click doesn’t open. In developer mode in browser there is no event action written to FAQ element. Can someone help me with this issue?

    First of all, I want to apologize for the issue you are facing in our plugin. This does not happen usually and I understand how frustrating this would have been.

    Honestly, I am not sure under what condition this has happened to you as we have never received this from any other users yet.

    Can you please check whether this is a conflict with any of your theme or plugin? If not, can you please give me your website details and temporary admin access to your site so that I could check this down and fix it straight away for you?
