Questions Not adding Automatically from question Bank

Let us know, whether you mean that you click on the Add Question button, select the questions and want to add them, and the questions are not being added or not.

I can Add Question thats fine, i am asking about Setting > Enable Question Bank option
(Every time it will take different questions from the pool)

i enabled the option but the quiz remains with same questions

how can i send screen shot

We have checked your website and the link you have added and the page couldn’t be opened.

Please provide us with the link, where the given quiz is located, and where you have faced this problem so that we can check and understand it more correctly.

Besides this, please let us know how many questions you have added to the quiz and how many questions you want to display each time via the Question Bank.

You can also check and clear all the caches (DB, plugin, browser), since the issue may be connected to this as well.
The webpage where the quiz is located presumably becomes static(HTML).
Please check the HTML not to become Static.

Please check whether the HTML (PHP Cache) is activated or not.
If yes, please deactivate it.

We have checked your site and noticed that you have added only 20 questions to the quiz (the ID of which is 3) and have set 20 for the Question Bank count. That is why you see the same questions each time.

Please let me explain how the Question Bank option actually works.

You can activate this option so that the system can take a specific amount of questions from a bunch of questions randomly. The questions will change every time the user is taking the quiz. There are two ways of enabling question bank:

Questions count: You can also set the count number of randomly selected questions.

General: This option enables you to take a specific amount of questions from all the questions included in the quiz. Set the number of questions you want to be displayed each time in the given box.

By category: Here, all the categories of the questions you have included in the quiz are displayed. Provide the amounts of random questions for each category. You can change the order of categories by drag-and-dropping them.

You need to add all the questions you want to display to these 20 questions, making it, for example, 100 questions, so that the system can take random questions from your question pool and display them to the users each time randomly (20 questions).

no man this isn’t working ,i think Enable question bank option was a gimmick ,tried everything still same question repeating i have to manually change question every time and that is pathetic service

We have checked again and noticed that you have only 20 questions in your quiz.
Now you want the 20 questions out of the 20 to be displayed randomly, that is not possible via the structure of our plugin.

You need to have more questions added to the quiz than you want to display randomly.

I added 20 questions to the quiz and I selected enable question bank option with 10 questions
At every try the same question is repeating again there is no question is being automatically selecting

What I am supposed to do next ?

We have checked and noticed that you are currently using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

Please clear all the cache types (DB, plugin, browser).

The webpage where the quiz is located presumably becomes static(HTML).
Please check whether the HTML (PHP Cache) is activated or not.
If yes, please deactivate it.

By the way, I would recommend you make a DB backup for your safety (you can use Updraft Plus).
