Questions not showing up on preview

1. What text should be there at question’s place?
2. Does questions not showing up on preview only? Do you see questions on published test?
3. Did you save the test?
4. Do you see question’s text in page’s source?

1. The question should be there.
2. The question doesn’t show up on preview or on the post.
3. Yes the test is saved and published. I was unable to check “Don’t publish on home page” because that option didn’t show up. I checked on my staging site if deactivating the theme and trying it in another theme would help. It didn’t help. I also deactivatd all plugins but when I tried to reactivate wp testing it caused an error. I’m on a multisite setup.

Ok I was able to change the theme to 2015 and see the questions. So apparently there is a conflict. The theme I am using is Nictitate by Kopatheme. Even with all plugins deactivated it didn’t work. For whatever reason I was able to activate the wp testing without an error.
