Questions over 55 characters disappear when I hit update

  • Every time I try to create a field with over 55 characters the question will disappear after I hit update. I have already tried to go into the database and adjust the character limit but it didn’t seem to help. Any other suggestions?

    Hi,
    You should increase character limit of meta_key column in postmeta table. I hope it will work for you. We are working on a better solution to solve this issue.
