Questions regarding some improvements

First I want to say thanks for this plugin! This is exactly what I was looking for. ??

I have some minor issues which I want to have solved:

1) The comments are missing the name of the author, just the picture is there.

2) Where are the single comments created? I’d like to translate the basic text and the date to German

3) Does the plugin know the URL of the original toot which is the root for the comments (and which contains the URL of the WP post)? In this case it’ll be great to change “Comments from Mastodon” to something like “Comments for this article on mydomain.de” where “mydomain.de” links to the toot display of the relating toot on the Mastodon site.
