    I bought the Pro version. Now I have a few questions about the functionality:

    1.) There are a lot of plugins from Trustindex. One for Google, one for Facebook etc. Which one should I install to get the best possible functionality? I have connected my account to the different platforms via your website (Facebook, Booking, Google etc.).
    2) When I click on the corresponding menu item for your plugin in the admin area in WordPress, I get to a page that says: “You have connected your Trustindex account, so you will find Premium features on the Advanced tab. You no longer need this tab unless you select the restricted but forever free mode.” Then I have to click on “Advanced” every time to get to the right page. That’s kind of annoying. Isn’t there a better solution?
    3) It’s not entirely clear when responses to reviews are posted directly on the platforms. For example Booking, it just says “Copy”… Why can I enter an answer if it is not posted on the platform?

    Hi @klatschianer !

    We have the wordpress plugins and the website: trustindex.io.

    These are 2 separate systems.

    In case you have a paid plan, please create the widget on the website and use the widget code you receive there.

    The wordpress plugins are necessary only if you want to use a short code for the widget. In this case any Trustindex plugin is suitable.
