That’s why we are not able to offer you help with MailChimp’s services. If you need help in that area, I highly recommend contacting the MailChimp helpdesk.

    That being said, I think I can offer you some help on this issue. In your case, I suggest creating a new account for your client. They can then invite you to be a user, and you’ll be able to create campaigns and the like within that account. It helps keep things separated, especially when they need to purchase credits. You’ll find some more information on multi-user accounts in the MailChimp Knowledge Base.
